The Company shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payments

Service charges are based on distance, volume, type of goods, manpower, and other operational factors

Final pricing may vary if there are changes in scope, quantity, or conditions at the time of service

Advance payment may be required to confirm booking

All payments must be made as agreed, and delays may result in service suspension or cancellation
Taxes and additional charges, if applicable, will be charged as per prevailing laws.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Any request for cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in advance

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service preparation

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or regulatory issues
5. Damage, Loss & Liability

We take reasonable care while handling goods; however, minor wear and tear may occur during transit

The Company is not liable for damage caused by poor packing of items not packed by our team

We are not responsible for loss or damage to fragile, perishable, or high-value items unless declared beforehand

Any claims must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within the specified claim period
Liability, if applicable, shall be limited as per agreed terms and applicable laws.
6. Insurance

Insurance coverage is optional unless specifically agreed upon

If insurance is requested, it will be arranged through third-party insurers

Insurance claims are subject to insurer terms, conditions, and approval
The Company does not guarantee claim settlement by insurers.
7. Delays
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:

Natural calamities

Mechanical failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control
8. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include the following without prior disclosure and approval:

Explosives, flammable substances, or hazardous materials

Perishable items

Cash, jewelry, valuables, important documents, or antiques
